Hi there!

Hi, I am Marjolein.  Working mom. Living with my husband,  four kids, and house mouse Jerry in a pretty beach town in the Netherlands.

A few years ago I discovered  yin yoga. It truly changed my life. No, I did not throw my old life overboard. But I started to see life through a completely different lens. With much more focus, calmness and purpose.

I could not resist sharing my experience with others so I decided to become a certified yin yoga teacher and spend a few hours every week teaching classes. 

In my weekly yin yoga classes we practice to bring a bit more stillness into our lives. So we can recharge, learn more about ourselves and our deepest needs, and be more prepared to grab life’s opportunities with both hands. Perhaps my story, posts and newsletters may inspire you as well to discover the power of yin yoga.
